Exercise to get rid of excess fat in thighs naturally
When the thighs are tight and the legs are small, wearing a bra makes you look very ugly. Therefore, there are some exercise methods that can help slim thighs and remove excess fat from thighs. This fat pad does not require any equipment to reduce fat, so it saves you money. It doesn’t make you busy.
1. Frog bridge
First, lie flat on the floor with your elbows bent and at an angle. Bend your knees and bring your legs together. And then you have to put a cot on top according to that pattern. When lifting up, it is important to keep both legs together and lift both knees. In the same way, it should be done about 15 times.
Few people like to sit, but it is a very effective exercise for the lower body. First, place your feet shoulder-width apart. After that, curl your back and sit down. When you sit down, don’t sit down completely, but just sit in a position like sitting down on a chair. You need to do it 15 times in the same way.
3. Double pulse squat jumps
As shown in the picture, when you sit down and get back up, you should jump a little on your toes. You should spend 30 seconds doing the same thing 3 times. This method can destroy the fat in your thighs.
First, place your feet shoulder-width apart. Then put your right foot forward as shown in the picture. Bend down until the bent knee joint is in a perpendicular position and do a squat. When doing squats like that, both hands should be supported on the waist and should be done 20 times alternately left and right.
5. Gate swings
Keep your legs apart and place your hands on your thighs. Then sit down in the same position as shown in the picture. When you sit down and get back up, jump your body a little and when you put your feet back down, you should make both legs be in a cross position. You need to do this for about 40 seconds.
6. Diamond kicks
First, lie on your back on the floor and place your hands on the floor. Drive with both legs on the ground. Collect after the car. After gathering, touch both feet and bend them slightly as shown in picture 3. Those 3 steps should be done slowly and regularly for 2 and a half minutes.
