Urban life is always challenging. I often struggle with days of high energy use with little activity. It’s hard to live a healthy and happy life every day, but if you make good habits, you’ll be prepared for a better life.
(1) Drink natural juice instead of coffee
Urban people have high coffee consumption and drink at least 1 cup a day. Coffee is refreshing, but from a health point of view, it cannot be said that it is a food that is suitable for people.
(2) Practice writing by hand
Phones As laptops become more common, the practice of writing by hand has almost disappeared. Actually holding a pen and writing with your own hands makes you pay more attention to your writing and increases your creativity and concentration.
(3) Plant trees as much as possible
If possible, you should plant your favorite tree seedlings one per week. Planting trees is a good habit that gives you long-term satisfaction and is also a low-cost job to benefit the environment where you live.
(4) Reduce the use of private cars
You should take the public bus once a week to go to the office. Traveling by bus is the cheapest and easiest way to see different forms of human life.
(5) Make time for yourself
From childhood to old age, people often spend time on others. I often forget to treat myself like a VIP in a room of my own choice. Take an hour a day to observe yourself and take time for yourself.
